SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 4-6 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking and carrier information.
We will only ship to verifiable addresses.
If we cannot verify your address, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
You can place another order if you like, but please be sure to use a valid and accurate shipping address.
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. 7 DAYS WILL BEGIN WHEN THE ACTUAL PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED ON THE CARRIER'S WEBSITE.
Returns can be initiated by emailing H&M Fashions with "RETURN" in the subject line. H&M Fashions will only issue a full refund if it is our error. (Examples: wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, etc.)
If this is not an error of H&M Fashions we will accept the product or products back with a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back at their own expense and must provide valid tracking with the return. The restocking fee cannot be applied to any new purchase.
Products must be shipped back in unworn and undamaged condition in order to receive a refund. Please email handmfashions@cox.net if you have any further questions or concerns.
